The Birthing Center-Who Dropped You?

So many of us have been dropped and damaged by people, lifes circumstances, weve even tripped over our own flesh and decisions. Often when we fall we have a tendency to stay in that low state, that ground level condition, failing to recognize weve been raised to higher position in Christ Jesus. The bible declares, And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. (Eph 2:6) Some of us have fallen but we cant get up. Some of us are still laying in our "dropped conditions" feeling hopeless and abandon. In 2 Samuel 9 the bibles tells us about a person who was dropped and stayed in a fallen position because of the lameness of his condition. Mephibosheth, belonged to the royal line but was made cripple by a fall. Mephibosheth, had a position in the palace but resided in Lo-Debar-a place of hopelessness, a place that only was a crutch for his condition-his crippleness. Mephibosheth, dropped by his nurse at the age of 5 as she was fleeing with him in haste to save him. What do you do when those who were sent to cradle you, cripple you, by dropping you quickly? Mephibosheth, who dropped you? The drop was so horrific that it crippled, disabled, weaken him from being who God had destined him to be. He couldnt see past his condition. Mephibosheth, who dropped you? What has called you to fall? What has crippled your trust? What has diabled your dreams and destiny?Whats incapacitated your identity and handicapped your heart from believing you are who God says you are? Mephilbosheth, who dropped you? What has rendered you immobile immovable in the purpose for which you were created? Youre hiding in your brokenness, lying cripple as a form without the functioning of your spirit. Youve lowered the bar, the standard of your living to accommodate a Lo-Debar place of existing, but today Im not talking to your condition, I speak to your position.
