Practice. De Caffeine-ating. The Tony Awards and Getting Back into the Workforce After Being a Stay at Home Mom. Thats what Im talking about on todays episode of The Change Guru. At mid-life were looking for stability in a what seems like a sea of crazy. And one of the simplest but most powerful ways to access an anchor of mindfullness is to have a practice. You dont have to do pretzel poses or sit in silence for hours to gain the benefits of practice. In fact, you probably are doing a practice every day but youre ignoring the possibility of the mindfullness that paying attention to it can give you. So- in this episode of The Change Guru I share my personal practice playlist and the bigger reasons behind them.
